Oswald Uhrenfabrik, Germany, "Skull" rotating eye time piece, 30 hour, time only spring driven movement in a composition case with red and yellow eyes and black pupils, c1930
CONDITION:
this piece is in excellent original condition and is running. The skull form is among the rarest and most desirable of Oswald's rotating eye time pieces. We sold a similar example in our May 14th & 15th, 2011 auction for $2200 plus 15% Buyer's Premium, however this form in this color and height is one we have not seen before. Ht 5 1/2"
